Welcome to Drivers World. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website (the "Site") and its content. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

Drivers World is a free, independent educational resource providing general information for new drivers in Ontario and across Canada. The Site is owned and operated by Andrea Molina, an individual based in Mexico City, Mexico, and is not run by a company or corporate entity. All content is offered free of charge. The Site does not sell products, courses, professional advice, or any paid services — its only source of revenue is third-party advertising.

The content on this Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, insurance, medical, or professional driving-instruction advice, and should not be relied upon as such. Driving laws, licensing rules, fees and procedures change and vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for verifying any information with official or qualified sources before acting on it. 3. No affiliation with government or third parties

Drivers World is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Government of Ontario, the Ministry of Transportation, DriveTest, ServiceOntario, any insurer, or any car dealership. References to such bodies are for informational purposes only.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers;
• Scrape, copy or republish substantial portions of our content without permission; or
• Use the Site to transmit harmful, fraudulent or malicious material.

Unless otherwise stated, the content on this Site — including text, graphics, layout and design — is owned by or licensed to Drivers World and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
